A family-built home adapted to meet the needs of the people we support. It is home to five young adults, each with a learning disability and/or autism.
Our Location
Located in Davenport, Stockport, we benefit from access to a wide range of local parks and open spaces, excellent transport links, and a strong sense of community.
Promoting Independence & Inclusion
The Crescent prides itself on promoting independence and inclusion. Each supported person has a personalised weekly activity planner, encouraging social interaction, community engagement, the development of independence skills, and the creation of fun memories.
Making a Difference
By promoting inclusion and independence, we help open up each person’s world — reducing behaviours that are seen as challenging and creating more opportunities for meaningful growth and connection.
