
Rhianne Pownall - Team Manager
The role of the Team Manager is to oversee the service provided to our supported people. Provide information, advice, support and develop a good working relationship to individuals within the service, their families, the staff they oversee and health professionals.
Team Managers are also responsible for the rota and ensuring that there is safe staffing on every shift. Highlight any recruitment requirements and ensuring all training needs are met. Coaching the team along the way in their development.
