Grange Avenue

Property Overview

A 4-bedroom semi-detached house currently used as supported living for young adults with learning disabilities.

Bedrooms

The house consists of 2 large person-centred bedrooms, each designed to meet the best interests and individual needs of the supported people

Shared Spaces

There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, along with two separate living rooms downstairs to encourage independence. Grange Avenue also features a large back garden, offering space for outdoor activities.

Our Approach

We encourage healthy living and promote independence on a daily basis.

Grange Avenue is known for its warm, happy, and homely environment, with the aim of continuing to build life skills while having lots of fun along the way!
